Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.

Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.
**This position is required to stay on-site in private employee housing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.
Conduct property assessments, inspections, and surveys for the need of immediate repairs and/or renovations, and long-term planning and property improvements.
Responsible for the follow through and updates of daily, weekly, and annual property SOPs.
Maintain a positive rapport and relationship with local sheriff, fire and rescue services for the safety and protection of camp.

Conduct and Care
Serves as primary student conduct officer, and collaborates with various offices to develop and maintain a robust, faith-based and culturally intelligent approach to student conduct and conflict resolution.
Directs proactive educational efforts to increase students’ awareness and demonstration of ethical community behavior, particularly relating to Hope College’s mission, Virtues of Public Discourse, Christian Aspirations, and Hope Forward Pillars.
Oversees in the administration and interpretation of policies, and procedures relevant to student conduct and conflict resolution matters for individual students (on and off campus) and student groups. Coordinate and/or direct conduct investigations regarding student organizations, including clubs, organizations, fraternities, and sororities.
Manages annual and bi-annual reporting related to student development learning outcomes and KPIs, Drug-Free Act Report, Public Record Requests, and additional reports, as needed.
Serves as the primary point of contact for all student conduct records.
Develops and manages an on-going assessment model to track and report student conduct and behavioral trends for purposes of planning.
Oversees the maintenance and updating of the Maxient database system and the processing of student conduct cases, with administrative support.

Chairs the CARE Team, with direct support from the Student Support Manager. Supervises functions within the Student Support and Retention office, Counseling and Psychological Services, and other offices pertaining to matters of student care, specifically cross-functional work of the CARE team.
Collaborates closely with Disability and Accessibility Resources, Equity and Compliance (Title IX) and other offices that support student accessibility and equity.
Serves as primary threat assessment leader, coordinating threat assessment. Maintains training and certification in threat and risk assessment.
Acts at the direct liaison to campus safety, Holland Police Department, Equity and Compliance office (Title IX) and various campus departments in matters related to student conduct, conflict resolution and campus safety. Assists with data collection for the annual Clery Report.
Represents the department on various divisional, university, state, regional and national committees.
Assists in the preparation and administration of the annual operating budget for student formation.

The Associate Director of University Events and Donor Relations will be responsible for executing all aspects of College of Charleston-wide events, with a focus on donor stewardship and recognition events, (Homecoming, Family Weekend, Spring Alumni Weekend). Minimum Requirements

The Associate Director of University Events and Donor Relations will be responsible for executing all aspects of College of Charleston-wide events, with a focus on donor stewardship and recognition events, (Homecoming, Family Weekend, Spring Alumni Weekend). Minimum Requirements

The Project Engineer – Fire & Certification is responsible for for all aspects of code compliance evaluations and supporting clients through all stages of product development, testing, and certification. The Project Engineer manages assigned projects from product sampling and witness manufacturing through creating final certification documentation within client budgeted timelines.

Intertek is searching for a Project Engineer – Fire & Certification to join our Building & Construction team in our Elmendorf, TX office.
The Project Engineer – Fire & Certification is responsible for for all aspects of code compliance evaluations and supporting clients through all stages of product development, testing, and certification. The Project Engineer manages assigned projects from product sampling and witness manufacturing through creating final certification documentation within client budgeted timelines.
The position will be primarily responsible for projects involving fire resistance and/or fire reaction disciplines. A solid experience as a fire testing engineer and/or project engineer working for a product evaluation or certification body is needed for this role.
What you’ll do:
Conduct research of building codes and related product standards
Develop product evaluation plans based upon research findings
Assume total responsibility for projects as assigned including, but not limited to the following:
Communicate with clients on building codes, test preparation, procedures, results and reporting matters
Coordinate product testing and inspection requirements; coordinate test schedule with available personnel and equipment schedule
Write test protocols when required and obtain approvals as necessary
Review and thoroughly understand contract requirements and document any deviations; advise clients of extra costs as they are incurred
Assist in preparation of major proposals via pre-bid meetings and on-site inspections.
Perform necessary research on special test projects
Prepare and submit accurate and concise reports on all projects assigned
Perform necessary calculations to support designs and simulations
Perform engineering analysis of product and material performance attributes
Evaluate manufacturers' quality control procedures
Develop correspondence and reports related to evaluation and conformance assessment of products
Assist in all test areas as assigned
Represent Intertek and participate at industry, technical and standards committee meetings

Position Summary
The Investment Analyst/Associate performs financial analysis, market research and reporting on investment opportunities to support Blue Forest Asset Management’s investment activities. This role requires attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously. Workstreams include research, financial modeling, and qualitative and quantitative analytical support across various areas such as private markets investments, portfolio and asset management, and impact and investor reporting. Blue Forest is a conservation finance non-profit whose mission is to accelerate the pace and scale of ecological restoration. Since 2018, Blue Forest has managed investor capital through its flagship financial product, the Forest Resilience Bond (FRB), which deploys private capital to finance forest restoration projects on private and public lands to reduce the risk of catastrophic wildfires. Position Summary
The Investment Analyst/Associate performs financial analysis, market research and reporting on investment opportunities to support Blue Forest Asset Management’s investment activities. This role requires attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously. Workstreams include research, financial modeling, and qualitative and quantitative analytical support across various areas such as private markets investments, portfolio and asset management, and impact and investor reporting. The primary goals of this position at Blue Forest include: (1) evaluate investment opportunities for BFAM and growth opportunities for Blue Forest broadly, and (2) contribute to a reputation of collaboration, diligence, and top-notch analysis on the fast-growing Investment team at Blue Forest.
Responsibilities & Duties
Investment Due Diligence and Financial Modeling (60%)
Perform detailed financial analysis of investment opportunities, including building and populating accurate and effective financial models in Microsoft Excel
Screen potential investments and write clear, concise memos to convey findings to internal audiences, including the Executive Team and Investment Committee
Support Investment team members in all aspects of due diligence, including market research, reviewing third-party consultant reports, legal document review, and financial due diligence broadly
Coordinate Blue Forest’s impact strategy for its investment, including impact quantification efforts
Ongoing Investment Management (30%)
Coordinate ongoing payments flows, such as loan drawdowns, interest payments, etc. (including with third-party service providers as relevant)
Monitor covenants and other operational elements of deals
Build and maintain financial models as inputs into the Blue Forest portfolio management function
Contribute to investor reports and other Blue Forest collateral
Financial Systems and Processes (10%)
Continuously improve BFAM Investment team policies, procedures, and playbooks
Execute key portions of business processes, including budgeting, fund portfolio management, and ongoing investment management
Create and maintain systems, trackers, and processes for the Finance and Investment teams
Explore new conservation finance products and opportunities, expanding the financial opportunity set for ecosystem restoration

Blue Forest is a remote company with staff distributed in some geographies where we can focus our impact and located across all four continental US time zones. This job is remote; however, due to travel around the Western United States for due diligence, there is a preference for a candidate based in the Western US. The Investment Analyst/Associate will be expected to be online during their respective standard working hours.
Qualifications
Blue Forest will prioritize the following qualifications in the hiring process; however, we only expect candidates to fulfill some criteria and encourage all interested candidates to apply.
2+ years of investments and/or financial analysis experience, with experience in some or all of the following areas required:
Private equity, private credit, structured finance, or project finance;
Forest products, bioenergy/biofuels, or other forestry- and natural-resource adjacent sectors
Robust financial modeling and Excel skills are a must!
Experience with investment transactions, including sourcing, due diligence, modeling, and closing
Willingness and ability to travel throughout California and the Western US, including in rural and hard-to-reach areas
Clear written and verbal communication
Exposure to fixed-income investments and/or forestry and climate finance is a plus
Demonstrated interest in and commitment to environmental conservation and climate resilience
