The communications senior coordinator will support CRCL’s communication and public relations activities. The communications senior coordinator will play a central role in planning and hosting the 2025 State of the Coast conference, the largest gathering of its kind in Louisiana. Secondarily, as a member of the communications team, the coordinator will help create content for and manage the organization’s website and social media; contribute to marketing and development campaigns; help generate digital and print products, including newsletters; and track and analyze data to inform communication activities. The coordinator will also be a member of the communications team of Restore the Mississippi River Delta, a five-organization campaign that includes CRCL. The strongest candidates will bring creativity as well as strong organization skills.
The communications senior coordinator will work closely with the executive director, partner organizations and other staff members in planning and executing the State of the Coast conference, focusing largely on the conference logistics and framework. This conference will be held over three days starting in late May of 2025. The coordinator will work with colleagues, contractors, partners and participants to ensure the conference is useful, engaging, effective and well organized, with communications planning, graphic design, website and app development and overall workflow coordination as the primary focuses.
The communications senior coordinator will work with the communications director to shape content that shares the work of the organization and other relevant information to CRCL supporters. The coordinator should have experience with writing external-facing communications, with social media platforms, with content management systems such as WordPress and software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere and Canva.
The Communications Department connects to all other departments within the organization, as well as with the public. The communications senior coordinator should be familiar with Asana and other workflow platforms to coordinate events, graphics, etc. Familiarity with coastal restoration is important. The position will report to the director of communications.
Responsibilities
Coordinate planning of the 2025 State of the Coast conference with event consultants, CRCL staff, Serve Louisiana partners, the Program Committee and others.
Manage project coordination, communications planning, graphic design and website and app development for the State of the Coast conference.
Create digital content, including video content, for the organization’s websites: crcl.org, stateofthecoast.org and centralwetlands.org.
Create content for and design printed materials (flyers, pamphlets, etc.); create social media, eblast and newsletter content and manage content across platforms.
Track and analyze data to evaluate the reach of CRCL communications via newsletters, websites, social media.
Manage information, including documents, images, graphics and video, in internal databases.
Work with development and other staff to establish and strengthen visual identity for organization and conference.
Support the application of DEIJ principles internally and externally to increase collaboration with and participation of communities underrepresented in our coastal work.
Support the communications team to advance the mission and strategic plan of CRCL.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Verify if the patient is eligible for services under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program or My Health LA program
Update Casewatch eligibility every 6 months as required by the DHSP Program.
Ensure that all eligible patients under the RW Program sign the service agreement form required by DHSP; the following documents are required: Proof of Income, Proof of Residency, Current Diagnosis Form ( Lab work for established patients)
Coordinate and ensure all dental notes, referral information and required documentation is complete and submitted to the referral entity in a timely mannered.
Act as the petty cash custodian for the dental clinic under the supervision of the Dental Clinic Manager.
Collect payment from patients before services are rendered when necessary.
Act as liaison between dental providers and Finance Department as it relates to billing.
Assist with all Grant Funded Audits. Provide technical and administrative support for the auditors.
Work closely with management regarding client grievances and concerns about treatment.
Perform and assist as a chair-side dental assistant
Assist in maintaining OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
Assist in maintaining office and building fire/safety regulations.
Present a professional front office environment for all patients and visitors in appearance, manner, and quality of work at all times.

DELTA Program Coordinator Position Description
This position will coordinate all aspects of the “Developing Equity Leadership Through Training and Action ( DELTA )” Program. The DELTA Program is a monthly statewide, comprehensive health equity and inclusion leadership program that provides training, networking, technical assistance, and project/policy implementation support to key health, community and policy leaders. The DELTA Program Coordinator is responsible for the design, planning, operations, implementation, logistics, archiving, recruitment, evaluation, and all other aspects of the program.
HCI Program Analyst Position Description
The position coordinates the Health Care Interpreter (HCI) Program including ongoing monitoring and evaluating against goals and outcomes established by the Program. This position supports the development and effective utilization of health care interpreters in Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs), public health, and community based settings, and the larger health system. The position convenes and works closely with legislaively mandated HCI Council on competency and training standards for health care interpreters. Additionally the position develops and implements processes to qualify and certify health care interpreters, maintain a state database registry, generate workforce reports and approve HCI training programs in Oregon.
RHEC Coordinator Position Description (2 positions)
The primary purpose of this position is to build community and organizational capacity to address health equity through developing and coordinating funding partnerships between OEI and partner organizations. The Regional Health Equity Coalition ( RHEC ) Coordinator’s role is to coordinate all aspects of the RHEC program, providing communications and logistical support directly to RHECs, monitoring contract deliverables, assuring compliance with contracts and other support contracts, and collecting and reviewing site visit data and writing reports on progress and activities.

The position convenes and works closely with legislaively mandated THW Commission on competency and training standards for traditional health workers. Additionally the position develops and implements processes to certify traditional health workers, maintain a state database registry, generate workforce reports and approve THW training programs in Oregon.

POSITION SUMMARY
Our client, the Child Abuse Prevention Center (CAP Center), is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the Director of Policy for Prevent Child Abuse California (PCACA) and the California Family Resource Association (CFRA). This individual will be responsible for policy (legislative activities and advocacy for the CAP Center) and for CFRA’s membership (leadership, operations, oversight, effectiveness, and sustainability).
The Director of Policy is the chief policy leader for the organization, working directly with the legislature, the executive branch, Family Resource Center partners, and advocacy collaborations. The Director is responsible for developing a policy platform, initiating legislation, strategic partnerships, and budget proposals. This position is also responsible for CFRA’s membership (including internal and external communications, identifying emerging needs and opportunities for the association and its members, and ensuring member satisfaction, retention, and growth).
The Director of Policy works directly with Board of Directors’ Policy Committee. The Director supervises the CFRA Project Manager and the Communications Specialist.
