The CHS 2 will spend the majority of their time with clients in the community or in community corrections offices.
Typical tasks include:
Direct Client Service and Documentation: respond to referrals for care coordination, individual and family support, health promotion, and referral to community and social support services based on needs and risks of the client, based on their assessment and case plan.
Prepare and collaborate on safety plans for clients and families.
Health Care Assessment: Assess individuals and recognize social and mental health risk factors. Conduct health care screenings and coordinate health care while working directly with a Parole and Probation Officer to create a case plan.
Health and Treatment Navigation: Assist individuals and families in navigating health and mental health systems.
Referrals and coordination for housing.
Working with clients in custody and in the community

Home visits are considered an essential function of the CHW position; clients are often most comfortable talking about sensitive issues, supports needed and barriers to care, as well as addressing health promotion in the comfort of their own home. Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Social Science, Criminal Justice, or Health Services, or related field; AND
At least one year experience in community outreach services providing health information, mental health information, advocacy, social support and assistance in using the health care system to individuals, groups and families.
Must pass a thorough background investigation which includes, but is not limited to, a review of applicant’s criminal, civil, driving, military, educational and employment history prior to employment.
Must have a valid driver license.
Licenses/Certificates:
Candidates must be able to become LEDS certified within 3 months of hire;
CPR certification is required within 6 months of hire.

What is an On-Call Membership Specialist?
The on-call Membership Support Specialist supports the recruitment and retention of Girl Scout volunteers and members through program delivery and logistic support of recruitment events.
They are responsible for attending community-based events where they will promote Girl Scouts, answer questions about the program, and facilitate basic activities. This position will collect contact information for prospective members and volunteers and connect them with the local Program and Membership Experience team.

Serve as the main point of contact for geographic area volunteers relaying pertinent information to council staff and to guide volunteers to additional support services and resources.
Work collaboratively with all Council departments to ensure council program and initiatives are successfully marketed to youth and adult membership.
Provide professional, superior customer service to all internal and external customers, members, volunteers, staff and other community contacts in person, electronically and by phone.
Volunteer & Member Recruitment
Through analysis of community needs, demographic data and membership statistics, develop, design and conduct recruitment and retention plan for youth and volunteer membership growth in designated geographic areas.
Establish the appropriate volunteer support team to accomplish key priorities by selecting, appointing, and coaching volunteers in assigned geographic areas.
Membership Conversion
Guide potential adult and youth members on the Salesforce pipeline through conversion by phone calls, emails, etc.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity in a timely fashion.
Coordinate the placement of registered Girl Scouts into appropriate troops.
Coordinate the placement of registered adults into appropriate volunteer roles.
Ensure that diversity and pluralism is embraced and incorporated into the daily work of the position.
Active participation in the development of environments that foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and access through words, actions, and attitude.
Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Other Responsibilities
Collaborate with other members of the regional and volunteer support, recruitment, and placement specialist teams statewide to ensure the effective implementation of local and statewide renewal and member engagement strategies.
Collaborate with the program team to drive participation in staff-led program opportunities.
Collaborate with the customer care and data teams to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries and accuracy of membership data.
Collaborate with Product Program team to drive participation in and deliver on a positive member experience within the product programs.
Support the efforts and commitments of Girl Scouts of Colorado in the area of pluralism and diversity throughout the organization and within each community served.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking and networking skills required.
Skills in conflict resolution and mediation.
Knowledge of volunteer management strategies preferred.
Passionate about working in an organization that values and promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
Bilingual skills desired but not required.
Must pass a criminal background check acceptable to GSCO standards.
EDUCATIONAL OR FORMAL TRAINING

EXPERIENCE
Experience in membership development, recruitment and/or retention, preferred.
Experienced in data management using sales/customer management software (Salesforce) preferred.
MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED
Computer and related software, telephone, e-mail, fax machines, copiers and equipment commonly found in an office environment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Variable working schedule including potential for multiple evening meetings each month, weekends and some overnight stays.
Regular travel throughout council jurisdiction may be required.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees, volunteers, customers and vendors.
Access to transportation with insurance at required state levels to conduct business statewide.
Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to the Girl Scout insurance company.

Salary
This position pays $18.00 per hour. Bilingual pay differential of an additional $2.00 per hour may be available*

What is a Volunteer Support Specialist?
The Volunteer Support Specialist is responsible for duties relating to the onboarding and retention of volunteers and girl members. What is a Volunteer Support Specialist?
The Volunteer Support Specialist is responsible for duties relating to the onboarding and retention of volunteers and girl members. Responsible for implementing and assessing comprehensive year-round membership support strategies that increase girl and volunteer membership and enhance retention. The Volunteer Support Specialist develops and works closely with teams of service unit volunteers and direct-service volunteers to ensure they have the necessary resources to provide high-quality program experiences to girls. **It is required that this Membership Specialist resides within (or very close proximity to) Metro Denver, Colorado, USA.
Develop, cultivate, and support relationships with service unit and troop volunteers in assigned area to support delivery of Girl Scout programming.
Develop and implement volunteer support plans that align with organizational strategy in volunteer and youth retention, GSLE delivery, service unit development, and volunteer communications, assessment and recognition.
Support troop leadership teams and caregivers in completing renewal of their Girl Scout membership on an annual basis. Communicate that membership registration is a requirement of participation in the Girl Scout program.
Provide ongoing support, supervision, and direction to administrative volunteers in assigned geographic areas by interpreting Girl Scouts of the USA and council policies, standards, and procedures and by directing volunteers to additional support services.
Support service unit development and maintenance through implementation of recruitment and support strategies.
Identifies the need for and provides timely problem solving and conflict resolution support/intervention when appropriate.
Support service units and troops in participation in product programs in coordination with the Product Program team.
Work collaboratively with all Council departments to ensure council program and initiatives are successfully marketed to youth and adult membership.
Ensure volunteers in assigned geographic area receive timely appreciation and recognition for their volunteer efforts.
Provide professional, superior customer service to all internal and external customers, members, volunteers, staff and other community contacts in person, electronically and by phone.
Ensure that diversity and pluralism is embraced and incorporated into the daily work of the position.
Active participation in the development of environments that foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and access through words, actions, and attitude.
Respect the confidential nature of all information pertaining to staff, volunteers, and Girl Scouts.
Other Responsibilities
Collaborate with other members of the regional and volunteer support, recruitment, and placement specialist teams statewide to ensure the effective implementation of local and statewide renewal and member engagement strategies.
Collaborate with the program team to drive participation in staff-led program opportunities.
Collaborate with the customer care and data teams to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries and accuracy of membership data.
Collaborate with Product Program team to drive participation in and deliver on a positive member experience within the product programs.
Support the efforts and commitments of Girl Scouts of Colorado in the area of pluralism and diversity throughout the organization and within each community served.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking and networking skills required.
Skills in conflict resolution and mediation.
Knowledge of volunteer management strategies preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of programs.
Strong motivational, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technologies.

Program Specialist Arts & Crafts General Duties: The Arts & Crafts Program Specialist is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing arts & crafts programming for groups of campers during overnight and troop day camp sessions at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. Day Camp Site Director General Duties: The Day Camp Site Director will be the lead for all day camp staff and assist with all activities including administrative tasks, childcare licensing site visits, health department inspections, emergency actions and other leadership tasks. Directors will also assist with guiding, supervising, and counseling in the outdoors with elementary age Girl Scouts at local nature parks in the Colorado Springs area throughout the summer to help them gain invaluable experience in outdoor recreation, leadership, confidence and so much more! Activities include but are not limited to hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, outdoor skills, archery, Girl Scout outdoor badges, teambuilding, camp games and other activities.
Please note: This role is not an overnight role and does NOT offer housing. Please see schedule below.

Six semester hours in course work from a regionally accredited university; or
40 hours of training in course work applicable to school-age children.
Experience working in an outdoor program, camp, or educational setting.
Documented training, experience, or certification in applicable outdoor program areas.
Have current, or be willing to obtain, the following certifications through day camp staff training:
CPR/First Aid
Archery, USA Level 1 instructor
Paddle Sports Facilitator

Must be able to pass a criminal background check acceptable to GSCO standards.

Adapt activities and methods to individual and group needs and abilities, provide opportunities for Girl Scouts to experience variety, challenge, and progression.
Use experiential, Girl Scout-led methods of instruction, and positive group management in accordance with the outdoor program department procedures and the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
Supervise and mentor Day Camp staff throughout the season.
Be prepared with activities for all types of weather and other changes in the planned program.

Help resolve any small conflicts with staff and parents or contact manager to assist.
Prevent accidents and injuries through maintaining safety and risk management standards:
Implement Girl Scout, State of Colorado, and American Camp Association safety standards.
Conduct ongoing site inspection for hazards and verify that equipment is in safe condition before each use and is used properly for participants.
Give first-aid care and complete required documentation of care.
Respond to emergencies as appropriate in dynamic outdoor situations.
Participate as a professional member of the GSCO staff in providing effective staff service to the Council:
Be an active member of the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A., demonstrating the principles of the Girl Scout Promise and Law in all activities.

Summer Day Camp Program Staff
Make a difference in the life of a camper and spend an unforgettable summer working for Girl Scouts of Colorado! Guide, supervise and counsel elementary and middle school aged campers in outdoor program activities at various day camp locations across the Denver Metro area. Days at camp are filled with hiking, boating, outdoor skills, archery, Girl Scout outdoor badges, team building, camp games, singing and other activities.

Day Camp Site Director General Duties: The Day Camp Site Director will be the lead for all day camp staff and assist with all activities including administrative tasks, childcare licensing site visits, health department inspections, emergency actions and other leadership tasks. Directors will also assist with guiding, supervising, and counseling in the outdoors with elementary age Girl Scouts at local nature parks in the Denver Metro area throughout the summer to help them gain invaluable experience in outdoor recreation, leadership, confidence and so much more! Activities include but are not limited to hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, outdoor skills, archery, Girl Scout outdoor badges, teambuilding, camp games and other activities.
Please note: This role is not an overnight role and does NOT offer housing. Please see schedule below.
Summer 2024 Work Schedule: Camp sessions are Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Friday's will be for staff to prepare and practice for the next week of camp.

A four-year college degree with a major such as recreation, outdoor education, education, early childhood education, or a subject in the human service field; or
Two years of college training and 6 months (910 hours) of experience, since age 18, in the care and supervision of 4 or more children; or

Six semester hours in course work from a regionally accredited university; or
40 hours of training in course work applicable to school-age children.
Experience working in an outdoor program, camp, or educational setting.
Documented training, experience, or certification in applicable outdoor program areas.
Have current, or be willing to obtain, the following certifications through day camp staff training:
CPR/First Aid
Archery, USA Level 1 instructor
Paddle Sports Facilitator

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age requirement 25+
Must be able to pass a criminal background check acceptable to GSCO standards.
Must have at least three years driving experience, a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to Girl Scout standards.

Experience working and leading children and adults in an informal outdoor setting.
Experience in developing and facilitating outdoor, environmental or camp programs.
Familiarity with concepts in recreation, environmental education or experiential education.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate outdoor and camp programs:
Facilitate high-quality outdoor and camp programming for Girl Scouts that meet the needs of Girl Scouts and fosters the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
Work with childcare licensing and health department specialists during site visits.
Ensure all regulations are being followed at camp and fix issues that may arise.
Act as the direct contact for pick-up and drop-off for camper families.
Create programming that is exciting, progressive, skill based and inclusive of Girl Scouts of all ages, ability levels and from a variety of backgrounds.
Adapt activities and methods to individual and group needs and abilities, provide opportunities for Girl Scouts to experience variety, challenge, and progression.
Use experiential, Girl Scout-led methods of instruction, and positive group management in accordance with the outdoor program department procedures and the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
Supervise and mentor Day Camp staff throughout the season.
Be prepared with activities for all types of weather and other changes in the planned program.
Additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Ability to tow an enclosed trailer around Denver Metro area.
Act as the supervising staff person for staff members and campers:
Demonstrate a caring attitude and manner with staff and campers. Act as a role model of Girl Scout values for campers and staff.
Guide Girl Scouts in becoming a group that includes and appreciates all members and honors individuality.
Build appropriate and positive relationships with campers and communicate participant or group issues to Outdoor Programs and Events Manager.
Ensure and assist that all tasks are being completed correctly including gear cleanup/usage and keep a supply list to send to Outdoor Programs and Events manager.
Keep a high level of patience and understanding with campers and other staff during high stress times.
Help resolve any small conflicts with staff and parents or contact manager to assist.
Prevent accidents and injuries through maintaining safety and risk management standards:
Implement Girl Scout, State of Colorado, and American Camp Association safety standards.
Conduct ongoing site inspection for hazards and verify that equipment is in safe condition before each use and is used properly for participants.
Give first-aid care and complete required documentation of care.
Respond to emergencies as appropriate in dynamic outdoor situations.
Participate as a professional member of the GSCO staff in providing effective staff service to the Council:
Be an active member of the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A., demonstrating the principles of the Girl Scout Promise and Law in all activities.
Present a positive image to campers, parents, and volunteers through all interactions.
Participate in staff training, attend staff meetings, participate in the evaluation process, and contribute to the planning of the work of the staff team.

What is a Community Connections Director?
The Community Connections Director develops and oversees the delivery of community engagement and alternative program delivery models intended to engage diverse and underrepresented communities. This position serves as a champion for and key contributor to driving membership-focused diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The Community Connections Director supervises a team of Program Specialists who directly facilitate community-based programs and execute innovative programs to support member engagement. Community Development and Engagement
With the support of the Chief Membership & Program Officer, create an annual needs-based, data-driven comprehensive outreach and recruitment plan with measurable goals.
Design, develop, and implement innovative programs and delivery models to reach underrepresented populations.
Provide leadership and supervision to a team of Program Specialists in the delivery of community-based programs and alternative program delivery models. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring, coaching, development, and performance management functions.
Create community awareness and Girl Scout visibility through community involvement and engagement (i.e. youth coalitions, local partnerships and events geared towards underrepresented communities). Cultivate relationships with relevant community leaders, organizations, and businesses.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy and Practices
Provides strategic oversight and champions efforts related to membership DEI goals.
Assesses organizational membership initiatives and makes actionable recommendations for improvement and areas of growth in DEI.
Contributes to the development and delivery of DEI-focused trainings for volunteers and community and member-facing staff roles.

What is a Community Connections Director?
The Community Connections Director develops and oversees the delivery of community engagement and alternative program delivery models intended to engage diverse and underrepresented communities. This position serves as a champion for and key contributor to driving membership-focused diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The Community Connections Director supervises a team of Program Specialists who directly facilitate community-based programs and execute innovative programs to support member engagement. This position contributes to the achievement of statewide membership goals and is accountable to membership cultivation key performance indicators in underrepresented communities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Community Development and Engagement
With the support of the Chief Membership & Program Officer, create an annual needs-based, data-driven comprehensive outreach and recruitment plan with measurable goals.
Design, develop, and implement innovative programs and delivery models to reach underrepresented populations.
Provide leadership and supervision to a team of Program Specialists in the delivery of community-based programs and alternative program delivery models. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring, coaching, development, and performance management functions.
Create community awareness and Girl Scout visibility through community involvement and engagement (i.e. youth coalitions, local partnerships and events geared towards underrepresented communities). Cultivate relationships with relevant community leaders, organizations, and businesses.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy and Practices
Provides strategic oversight and champions efforts related to membership DEI goals.
Assesses organizational membership initiatives and makes actionable recommendations for improvement and areas of growth in DEI.
Contributes to the development and delivery of DEI-focused trainings for volunteers and community and member-facing staff roles.
Develops and manages team budgets.
Works in partnership with other operational and organizational functions to support organizational mission, goals, and strategic priorities. What is a Program and Events Specialist?
Girl Scouts of Colorado partners with a variety of organizations to engage Girls Scouts in leadership development programming through the lens of STEM, life skills, entrepreneurship, and outdoor stewardship. The Program and Events Specialist aids in statewide program development, delivery, and logistical support for Girl Scout partner programs and events. This position functions as a member of the program team and reports to the Program and Events Manager. The Program and Events Specialist works alongside the program team to ensure that our staff and program partners can facilitate Girl Scout programming to our members across the state, while our members have the best customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Program and Events Manager in program development, pre-event logistics, event execution, post-event feedback, and data reporting for partner programs.
Deliver Girl Scout programs in-person and virtually for Girl Scouts and adult members in the Denver-Metro area, with the ability to occasionally travel to other parts of the state.
Create materials and activities to aid in the facilitation of events or programming.
Adapt programming to meet the needs of Girl Scouts and adult members.
In coordination with membership support staff, drive membership engagement and membership recruitment through programming and events.
Collect post-event data and feedback from attendees.
Act as a secondary point of contact for program partners before, during, and after program execution, in coordination with the Program and Events Manager.
Assists the Program and Events Manager in booking venues, securing support staff, and managing day-of-event logistics.
Work closely with Registration Specialists to build event registrations and coordinate event communications.
Communicates with participants on event details and responds to questions in a timely manner.
PRIMARY CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Program and Events Manager and greater Program and Membership Experience Department to coordinate a unified direction of all programming through integration and implementation of long- and short-term goals, objectives, and action plans.
Collaborate with statewide teams on program and event opportunities.
Support the efforts and commitments of Girl Scouts of Colorado in the area of pluralism and diversity throughout the organization and within each community.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to support membership.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING

What is a Program and Events Specialist?
Girl Scouts of Colorado partners with a variety of organizations to engage Girls Scouts in leadership development programming through the lens of STEM, life skills, entrepreneurship, and outdoor stewardship. The Program and Events Specialist aids in statewide program development, delivery, and logistical support for Girl Scout partner programs and events. This position functions as a member of the program team and reports to the Program and Events Manager. The Program and Events Specialist works alongside the program team to ensure that our staff and program partners can facilitate Girl Scout programming to our members across the state, while our members have the best customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Program and Events Manager in program development, pre-event logistics, event execution, post-event feedback, and data reporting for partner programs.
Deliver Girl Scout programs in-person and virtually for Girl Scouts and adult members in the Denver-Metro area, with the ability to occasionally travel to other parts of the state.
Create materials and activities to aid in the facilitation of events or programming.
Adapt programming to meet the needs of Girl Scouts and adult members.
In coordination with membership support staff, drive membership engagement and membership recruitment through programming and events.
Collect post-event data and feedback from attendees.
Act as a secondary point of contact for program partners before, during, and after program execution, in coordination with the Program and Events Manager.
Assists the Program and Events Manager in booking venues, securing support staff, and managing day-of-event logistics.
Work closely with Registration Specialists to build event registrations and coordinate event communications.
Communicates with participants on event details and responds to questions in a timely manner.
PRIMARY CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Program and Events Manager and greater Program and Membership Experience Department to coordinate a unified direction of all programming through integration and implementation of long- and short-term goals, objectives, and action plans.
Collaborate with statewide teams on program and event opportunities.
Support the efforts and commitments of Girl Scouts of Colorado in the area of pluralism and diversity throughout the organization and within each community.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to support membership.
Embrace diversity and inclusiveness by contributing to positive relationships between diverse racial, ethnic, and social groups in the Council as a whole and between employees and volunteers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING
Bachelor's degree; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Two years of experience in event management and/or program delivery or in a related field such as project management or community relations.
Two years of customer service experience is desirable.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY
Knowledge of the Girl Scout program and philosophy, or willingness to learn.
Ability to manage priorities effectively while remaining flexible.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and vendors.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): The Disaster Program Specialist (DPS) will provide functional support to Disaster Program Manager and Leadership at a regional level or take full cycle responsibility to provide service delivery programs within a defined geography. The DPS will support the Disaster Program Manager and volunteer workforce to support local communities by providing services to include but are not limited to: response to recurrent local disasters (house fires, floods, etc.), capacity building for mass care service delivery, participation in the Home Fire Campaign, and direct assistance and recovery services to those impacted Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD (Key Responsibilities): 1: Facilitate and support the development and implementation of strategies, initiatives, tools, plans, processes and procedures within a functional area, or, through the development of volunteer leadership, oversee the implementation of the full disaster cycle of an assigned sub-territory. Functional areas may include: Mass Care, Client Casework, Health & Mental Health Services, Logistics, Information Management & Situational Awareness, Partnerships & Emergency Management, Workforce Development, Preparedness, General Volunteer Support & Engagement, or Home Fire Campaign. 2: Analyze opportunities for improved program service and make recommendations for implementation. Implement assigned programs or services to meet goals. 3: Support local preparation, response and recovery activities as well as maintain government partnerships with assigned territory. Assist with a broader division and national network of disaster responders and help with deployments and relief operation activity outside immediate region. This may include physical deployment to impacted communities. 4: Engage and develop a volunteer team responsible for the implementation of disaster preparedness, response, and recovery programs in the local area. Ensure the development of leadership volunteers in each of the assigned program support functional areas of the disaster cycle in order to meet the needs of the assigned geography. 5: Support local responses through the deployment of volunteer leaders on a daily basis in a rapid and accessible manner. Qualified and experienced volunteer leaders should be placed in key roles first. If volunteer leadership is unavailable, may service during times of disaster. Participate in local planning, exercises, and training, including exercises called by local partners Volunteer Organizations Active in Disaster, Emergency Management Agencies and Local Emergency Planning Committees (VOADs, EMAs and LEPCs). May evaluate and report effectiveness of program or service. Prepare recommendations for continuous improvement. 6: Serve as the Red Cross thought leader as needed with local level with government and other agencies and organizations involved in disaster. Key representative of Red Cross in the community, interfacing with local officials and developing plans with community leaders. Ensure activities are in compliance with regional and national procedures and policies. Scope: Individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Applies subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with social services or service/program delivery, or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Management Experience: n/a Skills & Abilities: Ability to coordinate staff and volunteer activities. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Develop project plans & budgets. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of program or service, ability to create presentations and training modules, and strategies to achieve organizational goals. Demonstrated analytical and decision- making skills to interpret program trends, results, formulate recommendations, and develop creative processes for continuous program or service improvements. Proven track record of collaboration with diverse groups and individuals, managing multiple priorities, facilitation, problem solving, marketing, leadership, and partnership management. Additionally, this position requires ability for planning, public speaking, project management and process improvement. Individual must be customer oriented, organized, and able to operate with an orientation toward solutions with an external focus, and team orientation. Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws. Must be able to perform all assigned responsibilities under “grey sky” requirements. Ability to work in a matrixed environment and on a team.
