Job Description Summary
The purpose of the Team Leader Safety is to provide support to the Lamb Weston Environmental, Health, and Safety organization within the Lamb Weston American Falls Cold Storage facility. Reporting to the Cold Storage Site Warehouse Leader, this position is considered a preparatory leadership position in which to demonstrate the skills and abilities to take the role of a future safety manager opening. Qualifications Required
Ideal candidates will have a minimum 5+ years experience in progressive political campaigns with at least 1 cycle of statewide experience, or similar transferable experience and three years' project management or staff management experience, including a track record of fostering a collaborative environment and consistent feedback.
Expertise in electoral field program management, including outstanding organizing skills and the ability to write, evaluate, and execute winning campaign plans with a strong direct voter contact component.
Experience working with underrepresented and/or historically marginalized communities, particularly in political and organizing settings.
Demonstrated ability to build consensus, negotiate, and strategically disagree within a highly collaborative work environment; ability to be respected by progressive stakeholders, to be trusted to lead and to be able to practice confidentiality, discretion, and legal compliance in the work.

Compensation

Partner Campaign Support: Advocate for partner organizations and elevate quality programs in the state, assist organizations in identifying potential resources, and move resources to partner groups whenever possible. Support organizational and team focus on quality service to partners and stakeholders Lead, organize, and facilitate coordinated and/or collaborative partner events, including coalition meetings, training and direct voter contact activities. Develop and execute training curriculums to advance the partner's program, as well as create and organize resources. Support program implementation through the voter file and other related tools including basic VAN administration.
Product Creation : Lead and support the creation and development of written reports and products to tell the story of Arizona and support the coalition. Lead the development of content for reports and presentations for a diverse audience of stakeholders. Deliver presentations to stakeholders, sometimes on short timelines.

Qualifications Required
Ideal candidates will have a minimum 5+ years experience in progressive political campaigns with at least 1 cycle of statewide experience, or similar transferable experience and three years' project management or staff management experience, including a track record of fostering a collaborative environment and consistent feedback.
Expertise in electoral field program management, including outstanding organizing skills and the ability to write, evaluate, and execute winning campaign plans with a strong direct voter contact component.
Experience working with underrepresented and/or historically marginalized communities, particularly in political and organizing settings.
Demonstrated ability to build consensus, negotiate, and strategically disagree within a highly collaborative work environment; ability to be respected by progressive stakeholders, to be trusted to lead and to be able to practice confidentiality, discretion, and legal compliance in the work.

Compensation
Salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. ,

What you will do! The Data Equity Business Analyst (OPA3) will work within a Data Equity team that works in partnership with HPA data analysis and reporting teams, and teams from the Equity and Inclusion Division (E&I) and the Office of Information Services (OIS). These teams work together to create and maintain analytical processes for the collection and storage of data for race, ethnicity, language and disability (REALD) and sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) in the REALD & SOGI data repository/information system, and the development of external reporting and data sharing processes that include and use REALD & SOGI data for the purpose of detecting and addressing inequitable health outcomes across REALD & SOGI disadvantaged populations. The HPA Data Equity team will a) develop documentation and business rules for REALD and SOGI data collection, b) fulfill HPA’s requests for REALD& SOGI repository data by querying and matching repository data, merging and sharing datasets, c) support an agency wide REALD &SOGI data governance committee, d) establish data use and sharing processes with internal and external partners and organizations that follow confidentiality and privacy laws, and e) build and maintain relationships with interested parties.
The purpose of this Business Analyst position is A) to lead business analysis and technology initiatives and activities in support of House Bill 3159 and the legislatively mandated implementation of a statewide REALD &SOGI data repository / information system, and B) to lead and ensure effective analysis and implementation of data and business initiatives for the HPA Data Equity REALD/ SOGI program. These initiatives usually involve business transformation and information technologies and are critical to support the agency’s mission and health equity and strategic goals. Kitchen Staff who work an average of 40 hours/week during the camp season may* have access to low cost onsite shared housing, as available and allowed per GSCO policies.
Head Cook/Chef General Duties: The Camp Cook/Chef is responsible for overseeing kitchen staff, providing meals for campers and staff during summer camp program. This includes preparing meals for special diets, cleaning and organizing kitchen and appliances, general cleaning, and maintaining meal records. A primary function of this, and every other job at Sky High Ranch, is to ensure that each member, guest, and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.
Prepare meals for 175 +/- people per meal.
Prepares all meals on time as scheduled or assigned.
Ensures special food requirements for both campers and staff, e.g., food allergies, gluten-free and vegetarian diets are managed with utmost importance for 100% accuracy.
Responsible for ensuring food items are readily available for staff on weekends.
Partners with administrative staff to plan, prepare, and deliver timely and accurate pack-out and travel camp food.
Works with Program Director to create prep sheets for special event orders.
Check menus daily for any required advance preparation; Prepare and assign production and prep work for Prep/Assistant Cooks to complete.
Observe methods of food preparation, cooking, and sizes of portions to ensure food is adequately prepared.
Ensure proper cooking methods and recipes are followed.
Perform quality audits and specs checks, including temp checks on food items and dish machines.
Ensures that CDPHE Food Regulations are being followed by all kitchen staff; Performs daily temperature checks for coolers and products.
Assists with breakdown of workstation and completion of closing duties ensuring all Prep/Assistant Cooks' and Dishwashers' assignments are completed before they sign out.
"Head Cook/Chef", as designated by Program Director, shall be responsible for:
Menu planning, recipe creation, and ensures overall functionality of the kitchen.
May assist in food ordering as directed by Program Director.
Partner with Program Director to make recipe or menu changes so that foods will be utilized before expiration date to eliminate waste as much as possible.
Partner with Program Director to reward and recognize staff for individual and team success.
Performs check in of all incoming food supply orders (verifies amount ordered vs invoice amount, ensures it is properly stored and rotated).
Contribute as a leader of the department by supervising Prep/Assistant Cook and Dishwashing staff on improving operational efficiencies as needed.
Ensure and promote the sanitary integrity of the facility, equipment, and food products.
Maintains kitchen cleanliness and proper food preparation according to state and local health department code requirements and departmental procedures.
Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
Regularly sanitizes kitchen surfaces throughout the day; Assists in daily deep cleaning of specific areas in the kitchen, e.g., floors, counters, overs, stoves, fridges, etc.
Washes hands frequently while working in the kitchen and in accordance with CDPHE health regulations.
Keeps stock rooms, coolers, and freezers clean; Ensures that food supplies are rotated, and all perishables are labeled, dated and stored properly.
Assists with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies.
Assists Kitchen Manager in inventory requests, as requested.
Reports any accidents or injuries to manager/director.
Respects the confidential nature of all information pertaining to staff, volunteers, and girls.
Lives by the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
