Position Description :
The Director of Development is the chief fundraiser for CVPA and is responsible for creating, executing, and managing all fundraising and development activities, including raising funds towards a $1.8 million yearly budget. They will build and oversee the execution of CVPA’s development strategy and will be a member of the senior leadership team. The Director of Development will work to engage and raise funds from existing donors, forge new relationships to build CVPA’s visibility, impact, and financial resources, and create an internal organizational culture for fundraising.
This position will primarily be responsible for expanding, diversifying, and strengthening CVPA’s donor base and pipeline, while cultivating existing donors, organizational partners, and foundations. They will work closely with the Executive Director, leadership team members, the board of directors, and development and executive staff at PennFuture, our C3 strategic partner, to secure funding for new and existing initiatives.
Specific Job Duties:
Meet with and make fundraising asks of individual donors.
Develop an annual fundraising plan with evaluation metrics.
Develop and implement strategies for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of
individuals, corporations, and foundations in concert with the Executive Director.
Manage and develop a portfolio of current, lapsed, and prospective donors.
Work in deep coordination with Development staff at PennFuture to share resources, create equivalencies, and jointly raise more funds for both organizations.
Work with the other staff and Executive Director to organize and execute various fundraising events each year, including our annual Green Gala.
Work with the other staff to manage grant timelines and deliverables, including drafting content and coordinating with program staff as appropriate.
Oversee support staff’s work on annual membership engagement, including direct mail pieces, email fundraising, and timely acknowledgment.
Work with and support the Board of Directors in their fundraising efforts.
Oversee support staff’s work to maintain and update donor records in the CRM.
Work with the other staff to perform donor/prospect research, and research new opportunities for foundation or

Position Overview
We seek an independent and highly organized Coordinator with a passion for serving children and families in Cincinnati. This position will report to the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Cincinnati, and work collaboratively across a growing local team as well as the GreenLight Fund national network of sites. Key Areas of Responsibility
Research current, relevant Cincinnati social issues and priorities facing historically underserved children, youth and families with barriers to social and economic mobility.
Prepare presentations and supporting materials for all Selection Advisory Council meetings, including agendas, focus area briefs and research/diligence findings.
Maintain internal management, data and reporting systems (experience with Salesforce, Apricot and Box is a plus, but not required) Marketing Communications and Investor Relations.
Support planning and execution of annual launch events, showcasing our newest portfolio organization and impact.

Working directly with the company’s VP, Program Management and Operations and company leadership, the Associate Director/Director, Program Management, will help drive the execution of one of Click’s core digital therapeutics (DTx) programs. About the Role:
We’re looking for a Director of Product Management who is passionate about growing a team of talented product managers creating products that improve health outcomes for patients. JOB DESCRIPTION
VOW is seeking a Director of Major Gifts to fully build out and lead our operational fundraising pipeline. Reporting to the Vice President of Fundraising, the Director of Major Gifts will develop and manage an active portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and foundation stakeholders, with a special emphasis on maximizing unrestricted revenue and core support for the organization’s operations. The Director will model best practices around prospect/donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies, and foster a collaborative, innovative approach to engaging and upgrading funders over time.
The Director will design strategies for positioning VOW within foundation portfolios, demonstrating business value, and identifying opportunities for shared impact. They will be able to see the long-term vision for the organization and are able to develop a comprehensive, innovative, and actionable strategic plan for VOW’s development department with a focus on raising millions to support VOW’s operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Operational Revenue Generation & Relationship Management:
-- Establish annual and long-range funding goals and benchmarks for a managed portfolio of individuals and foundations, maximizing unrestricted revenue from the portfolio while modeling best-in-class, innovative approaches to pipeline development and funder management.
-- Synthesize VOW’s campaigns, initiatives, and projects into clear, compelling proposals and reports for individuals and foundations that serve to communicate VOW’s effectiveness as a global movement builder, strongly making the case for unrestricted/core support.

Data Management:

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
--7+ years of high-net-worth individual and foundation development/fundraising experience and a proven track record of closing multiple six- and seven-figure gifts.
--Experience meeting and exceeding ambitious team and personal revenue goals and performance indicators, as well as participating in financial projections, reporting, and scenario planning.
--Proven ability to define and implement critical near-term and long-term revenue generation strategies concurrently.
--Experience leading complex funder relationship development and management strategies in a global context: experience of philanthropy, foundation, and/or corporate relations in North America essential; experience of donor engagement, solicitation, and management in other important funder markets relevant to VOW would be useful (e.g., UK, Europe).

JOB DESCRIPTION
VOW is seeking a Director of Major Gifts to fully build out and lead our operational fundraising pipeline. Reporting to the Vice President of Fundraising, the Director of Major Gifts will develop and manage an active portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and foundation stakeholders, with a special emphasis on maximizing unrestricted revenue and core support for the organization’s operations. The Director will model best practices around prospect/donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies, and foster a collaborative, innovative approach to engaging and upgrading funders over time.
The Director will design strategies for positioning VOW within foundation portfolios, demonstrating business value, and identifying opportunities for shared impact. They will be able to see the long-term vision for the organization and are able to develop a comprehensive, innovative, and actionable strategic plan for VOW’s development department with a focus on raising millions to support VOW’s operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Operational Revenue Generation & Relationship Management:
-- Establish annual and long-range funding goals and benchmarks for a managed portfolio of individuals and foundations, maximizing unrestricted revenue from the portfolio while modeling best-in-class, innovative approaches to pipeline development and funder management.
-- Synthesize VOW’s campaigns, initiatives, and projects into clear, compelling proposals and reports for individuals and foundations that serve to communicate VOW’s effectiveness as a global movement builder, strongly making the case for unrestricted/core support.
-- Support the involvement of the CEO and other VOW staff and Board members in high-level, high-touch individual and foundation solicitations and relationship management with briefing materials, agendas, background research, and appropriate follow-up.
-- Facilitate the involvement of VOW’s Board and Advisory Council members in relationship-building and relationship-management activities as required and appropriate.
Data Management:
--Monitor and report on all key performance metrics (including financials), providing updates and insights to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and pacing toward targets and goals.
--Oversee maintenance of CRM records to develop and maintain relevant knowledge management processes that contribute to comprehensive tracking of, and reporting on, VOW’s individual and foundation stakeholders.
--Lead the organization to be more data-driven in its approach to fundraising
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
--7+ years of high-net-worth individual and foundation development/fundraising experience and a proven track record of closing multiple six- and seven-figure gifts.
--Experience meeting and exceeding ambitious team and personal revenue goals and performance indicators, as well as participating in financial projections, reporting, and scenario planning.
--Proven ability to define and implement critical near-term and long-term revenue generation strategies concurrently.
--Experience leading complex funder relationship development and management strategies in a global context: experience of philanthropy, foundation, and/or corporate relations in North America essential; experience of donor engagement, solicitation, and management in other important funder markets relevant to VOW would be useful (e.g., UK, Europe).
--Ability to lead on translating broad organizational vision and strategies into specific objectives and operational delivery plans while being able to respond quickly to changes in short-term priorities.
--Your experience demonstrates an intuitive understanding of how large organizations work and an ability to quickly speak the language of different companies across various sectors and industries.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$125,000. This range is for illustrative purposes only and salary offers are commensurate with experience.

GreenLight Fund Twin Cities Overview
GreenLight Fund launched in the Twin Cities in 2020 - in the wake of the murder of George Floyd. At a time when the racial disparities that exist locally were exacerbated by the global pandemic and continued violence against Black and Brown bodies, GreenLight Fund Twin Cities made the decision to prioritize organizations that focused on collaboratively creating opportunities for inclusive prosperity within Black communities. GreenLight Fund is a national nonprofit with a local focus that partners with communities to create opportunities for inclusive prosperity.
Each year we facilitate a community-driven process that matches the local needs of individuals and families not met by existing programs, to organizations with track records of success elsewhere. Working with communities, we identify, invite in and launch proven organizations, providing collaborative support so they can quickly take root and deliver change.
Everything we do is designed to remove barriers to inclusive prosperity all too often rooted in racial inequities. Our impact increases exponentially as we address one specific, community-identified need each year, in each GreenLight site.
Since 2004, we have launched 44 portfolio organizations across eleven sites, invested $30.5M, and attracted an additional $206M from other funding sources, reaching more than 550,000 individuals and families last year alone.

GreenLight Fund Twin Cities Overview
GreenLight Fund launched in the Twin Cities in 2020 - in the wake of the murder of George Floyd. At a time when the racial disparities that exist locally were exacerbated by the global pandemic and continued violence against Black and Brown bodies, GreenLight Fund Twin Cities made the decision to prioritize organizations that focused on collaboratively creating opportunities for inclusive prosperity within Black communities. In 2022, we brought in Let Everyone Advance with Dignity, a public health approach to community safety, designed to provide intensive, holistic care to individuals cycling in and out of the legal system. To add to our portfolio, we are currently focusing on Black and Indigenous Maternal Health as well as Mental Health for Black and Brown youth. Our goal is to remove barriers within these communities, because when Black and Brown communities succeed, we all do.
GreenLight Fund Kansas City Overview
GreenLight Fund launched in Kansas City in 2018, a vibrant community with a strong philanthropic spirit and a willingness to innovate, but also a community where ongoing and systemic racism have not created equal opportunities for Black and Brown residents and families to thrive. Responding to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, GreenLight Fund Kansas City has made investments in youth mental health - the Becoming a Man and Working on Womanhood school based counseling programs, and child care - a collaboration between national leader in family child care, All Our Kin, and Kansas City early education leader, The Family Conservancy.
Position Overview
We are seeking an independent, highly organized, and community focused Coordinator with a passion for equity and addressing economic mobility for historically under-resourced communities to support the work in both the Twin Cities and Kansas City. This position will report to the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Twin Cities, and work collaboratively across the local team in the Twin Cities as well as Kansas City.
You are a great fit for this role if you (1) take initiative and learn quickly (2) are highly organized and ready and willing to take on administrative and organizational tasks, (3) have a strong love of learning and research, (4) have strong written and oral communication skills (5) are a self-starter who is comfortable being behind the scenes, helping to make the “magic” happen.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Research current, relevant social issues and priorities facing historically underserved children, youth and families with barriers to social and economic mobility.
Prepare presentations and supporting materials for all Selection Advisory Council meetings, including agendas, focus area briefs and research/diligence findings.
Maintain internal management, data and reporting systems (experience with Salesforce, Apricot and Box is a plus, but not required) Marketing Communications and Investor Relations.
Support planning and execution of annual launch events, showcasing our newest portfolio organization and impact.
Conduct broad research on trends and national context of nonprofits and social innovation.
Maintain and contribute regularly to GreenLight Fund social media (twitter), and quarterly e-newsletters via Mailchimp.
Maintain website pages and contribute to blog postings.
Conduct prospect research on potential donors/investors, including individuals, corporations and foundations.
Maintain investor database in Salesforce Operations and Administration and support on grant proposal/report writing as necessary.
Assist with scheduling and logistics of key meetings and site visits.
Perform data entry, including contact and file management in Salesforce.
Maintain database in Apricot; prepare and export reports on portfolio organizations as needed.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 to 4 years of related experience.

This position is based in GreenLight Fund Twin Cities.
Salary
The salary for this position is $61,000.
