Software Developer (Agile) (#1401470)

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Software Developer familiar with Agile software development methodologies to act as a Software Developer in support of our Huntsville, AL location.

The Scrum Master aides the team's self-organization, keeps the team motivated, and ensures the team maintains good Scrum activities.

Duties Include:

• Manage the daily tag-ups
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums
• Meet with product owners
• Identify and remove team impediments

Required Skills/Experience:

• Support elements of testing software design/sustainment/development efforts

• Well-rounded engineer with broad experiences but with a focused interest and demonstrable skills software, test automation, and analysis

• Self-starter that is attentive to details and works well in a multi-disciplined teaming environment

• Travel: None

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree.
