Offensive Cyber Analyst (#1599664*)

PeopleTec is currently seeking an Offensive Cyber Analyst  to support our Huntsville, AL location.

The candidate will validate and verify the resilience and effective security posture of DoD systems. In addition, the successful candidate will help to identify vulnerabilities, test adversary TTP's, exploit vulnerabilities before the adversary exploits them, and provide fact based feedback, risk analysis, and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 3+ years of related experience in Red Team and/or penetration testing using unclassified and/or classified exploitation frameworks and tools
• Scripting experience 
• 8+ total years of IT experience with at least half in system administration and/or network architectures
• In-depth understanding of cyber security policy, tools, threat mitigation, network topologies, and secured networks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present and communicate technical approaches and findings
• One or more of the following certifications: OSCP, CISSP, GPEN, Pentest+ or CEH 
• Travel:5% or less
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma and 8 years of experience are required. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Desired Skills:

• Defensive cyber operations (Blue Team) experience
• Offensive cyber operations (Red Team) experience
• Malware and exploitation tool development experience
• Familiarity with techniques/tools such as BlackEnergy, Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, Core Impact, Endgame, Kali, Kerrdown, Metasploit, Mimikatz, SecureOnix, and Splunk
• Technical and project leadership experience
