The enrollment specialist (ES) is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment, and ensuring children and families integrate into the Hope House Colorado Early Learning Center (ELC). Benefits:
HHC benefits are available to employees who consistently work a minimum of 24 hours a week. Benefits offered are subject to change at HHC's sole discretion.
Health Benefits: Employees may elect medical, dental, vision & life insurance plans.
Simple IRA: Employees may choose to make salary reduction contributions through HHC’s Simple IRA plan and HHC will match the employee’s contribution up to a maximum of 3% of the employee’s annual salary.

The Hope House Colorado (HHC) Early Learning Center (ELC) is for children of Hope House teen moms and staff. Position Summary
Hope House Colorado (HHC) is hiring a Volunteer Coordinator (VC) to scale the organization’s ability to empower teen moms and their children through the recruitment, training, connection, retention, and appreciation of volunteers. As the VC, you will create an inviting and engaging atmosphere for volunteers, offering opportunities to engage with all aspects of the organization and making wise decisions regarding volunteer placement. The VC will speak at churches, businesses, and other groups to engage them in volunteer opportunities, events, and direct service to HHC teen moms and children.
What you’ll be doing
Working with the Hope House Leadership Team to create a volunteer strategy, assessing areas of need across the organization
Recruit volunteers for all areas of need across Hope House
Represent Hope House Colorado externally; speak on behalf of the organization for volunteer recruitment at various functions
Building authentic relationships with volunteers and providing orientations, ongoing trainings and appreciation events to support their deep integration into the organization
Coordinating and supervising volunteer groups, supply drives, and volunteer kitchen use
Managing the intake of in-kind donations and directly supervising the In-Kind Volunteer Team
Handling all administrative duties related to volunteers, including the intake process and reporting
Promoting Hope House Colorado’s Core Values throughout the organization and external relationships
