Position Title: Part-Time Floater Fill-in Reports to: Operations Manager KMD Contracting Services is a fast-growing janitorial services provider dedicated to delivering top-notch cleaning and maintenance solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential clients. We are looking for a Part-Time Floater Fill-in that will to go to 6872 & 6874 Watson Court Warrenton, Virginia 20187, on an as needed basis. The salary for this position is $16.00 per hour. Working Hours: 5pm to 9:00pm. The successful candidate will be doing the following jobs, but not limited to:  Floor Cleaning Vacuuming  Window Washing (inside only) Janitorial Cleaning Other duties as assigned Pull Trash Clean Restroom Mop Floors Dust furniture Job Qualifications: Experience as a cleaning technician can be helpful but is not necessary. Education requirement: High School diploma or equivalent. Must be available to work hours and shifts, depending on where needed. Must be able to do some heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be available to work when needed. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
