We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing general clerical support to ensure efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management
• Answer and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries professionally
• Maintain and update records, reports, and databases accurately
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of tasks
• Support management and team members with administrative needs
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information• High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative training is a plus)
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
