As a core member of the Platform software team, the candidate will be part of a fast-paced, high caliber team building diagnostic software to help validate high-speed digital designs and achieve high yields in manufacturing Arista Network products used in the computer networking industry's largest data centers.
The Platform software team is responsible for all aspects of the development and delivery of hardware validation and manufacturing diagnostic software. The successful candidate will work closely on a project from its early conception to the final production stage at an off-site contract manufacturer. Designs and/or modifies relevant components of remodel projects within County buildings.
Works as a part of a team in the design and implementation of remodel projects; may install wiring and devices to assist system upgrades, may necessitate performing support work within another specialty area.
Provides guidance and training to Workers and other staff within the assigned specialty area.
Reads, understands, and utilizes complicated blueprints, schematics and plans as well as software systems used in daily documentation.

Completion of a specialty specific apprenticeship program leading to the equivalent of a Journey card or license in the assigned specialty area; and,

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.
**This position is required to stay on-site in shared employee housing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.
Conduct property assessments, inspections, and surveys for the need of immediate repairs and/or renovations, and long-term planning and property improvements.
Responsible for the follow through and updates of daily, weekly, and annual property SOPs.
Maintain a positive rapport and relationship with local sheriff, fire and rescue services for the safety and protection of camp.
Work with various state agencies for inspections, water systems testing and forest mitigation.
Oversight for scheduling and set-up of vendors for maintenance/repairs and contract maintenance.
Provide project management of on-site property work, including that of contracted work and/or maintenance.
Research and coordinate projected capital project expenses, including obtaining quotes from various vendors as necessary.
Responsible for performing various skilled trade tasks for facility maintenance and construction programs.
Cross Functional Work
Support the marketing and advertisement of strategic property usage.
Support care of livestock, providing feeding, daily chores, transportation (including evacuation) of animals, and purchasing of feed/equipment.
Provide transportation of persons, equipment, machinery, luggage, and various materials when needed.
Deliver emergency management during on-site and off-site trip incidents.
Provide site training and orientation to all camp staff.
Provide and support safe and healthy practices.
In coordination with the camp team, facilitate camp property usage including scheduling, reservations, customer communication, external community partnerships, check-in and check-out, orientation, and other operational logistics.
Manage site and program equipment, including storage, maintenance, and coordination with fellow team members.
Provide additional support as necessary to Executive Camp Director and fellow camp team, kitchen and housekeeping staff members.
Staff Supervision
Oversee work and daily supervision of all facility and maintenance employees.
Contribute to the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, and training of the facility maintenance team members.
Conduct regular property staff meetings to guide staff in planning and carrying out assignments.
Carry out ongoing evaluations, observations, training, and professional development opportunities to assure that work and safety standards meet the criteria to maintain success within job positions.
Provide oversight of staff delegated logistical tasks such as daily assigned tasks, general maintenance, equipment and supply management, site care and cleanliness.
Administration
Stay current in knowledge of OSHA compliance, American Camping Association Standards, Colorado Department of Health and Human Services, and other certifying industry organizations, when applicable to property management and compliancy.
Monitor and manage property annual and capital budgets, striving to minimize costs in coordination with Executive Camp Director.
Manage administrative responsibilities in a timely, independent, and detail-oriented manner.
Meet property and administration deadlines, respond to emails and phone calls quickly, manage tasks independently and communicate additional support when needed.
Interact with digital systems including OKTA, GSLearn, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Checkfront, Formstack, Google Drive, Zoom, Asana, Abila, Social Media tools and others.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.
**This position is required to stay on-site in shared employee housing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.
Conduct property assessments, inspections, and surveys for the need of immediate repairs and/or renovations, and long-term planning and property improvements.
Responsible for the follow through and updates of daily, weekly, and annual property SOPs.
Maintain a positive rapport and relationship with local sheriff, fire and rescue services for the safety and protection of camp.
Work with various state agencies for inspections, water systems testing and forest mitigation.
Oversight for scheduling and set-up of vendors for maintenance/repairs and contract maintenance.
Provide project management of on-site property work, including that of contracted work and/or maintenance.
Research and coordinate projected capital project expenses, including obtaining quotes from various vendors as necessary.
Responsible for performing various skilled trade tasks for facility maintenance and construction programs.
Cross Functional Work
Support the marketing and advertisement of strategic property usage.
Support care of livestock, providing feeding, daily chores, transportation (including evacuation) of animals, and purchasing of feed/equipment.
Provide transportation of persons, equipment, machinery, luggage, and various materials when needed.
Deliver emergency management during on-site and off-site trip incidents.
Provide site training and orientation to all camp staff.
Provide and support safe and healthy practices.
In coordination with the camp team, facilitate camp property usage including scheduling, reservations, customer communication, external community partnerships, check-in and check-out, orientation, and other operational logistics.
Manage site and program equipment, including storage, maintenance, and coordination with fellow team members.
Provide additional support as necessary to Executive Camp Director and fellow camp team, kitchen and housekeeping staff members.
Staff Supervision
Oversee work and daily supervision of all facility and maintenance employees.
Contribute to the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, and training of the facility maintenance team members.
Conduct regular property staff meetings to guide staff in planning and carrying out assignments.
Carry out ongoing evaluations, observations, training, and professional development opportunities to assure that work and safety standards meet the criteria to maintain success within job positions.
Provide oversight of staff delegated logistical tasks such as daily assigned tasks, general maintenance, equipment and supply management, site care and cleanliness.
Administration
Stay current in knowledge of OSHA compliance, American Camping Association Standards, Colorado Department of Health and Human Services, and other certifying industry organizations, when applicable to property management and compliancy.
Monitor and manage property annual and capital budgets, striving to minimize costs in coordination with Executive Camp Director.
Manage administrative responsibilities in a timely, independent, and detail-oriented manner.
Meet property and administration deadlines, respond to emails and phone calls quickly, manage tasks independently and communicate additional support when needed.
Interact with digital systems including OKTA, GSLearn, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Checkfront, Formstack, Google Drive, Zoom, Asana, Abila, Social Media tools and others.
Responsible for development of online management tools to monitor site needs.
Respect the confidential nature of all information pertaining to property, staff, volunteers, and campers.

EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING

Preferred practical training in project management, communication, sustainability, budget and operations management.
Must have current or ability to obtain within the first 90 days of hire the following trainings/certification: CMRT certification, OSHA trainings, FEMA certification/training, First Aid, CPR, Child Abuse Mandated Reporter, and Universal Standard Precautions.
FORMAL EXPERIENCE
Proven experience of a minimum of three years' project management.

JOB SUMMARY
This person in this position is responsible for the overall operation of the Building Inspections Division, and manages staff who administer permitting and inspections of new and existing structures (with accompanying utility appurtenances). The work involves recommendations for adopting or amending local ordinances and adopted state construction codes. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Interprets construction codes, building ordinances and development code requirements for officials and the general public on a final basis;
Reviews civil plans, and architectural blueprints on new construction and alterations for design integrity, and conformity with the City’s building codes and ordinances;
Issues building, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical permits;
Inspects new construction, alterations, and repairs to ensure compliance with construction, building and development codes;
Maintains records of inspections, corrections to code violations, certificates of occupancy, approved plans, and associated amendments to plans;

Local Manager - Construction
Description
This position will provide leadership to a workforce of field technicians tasked with placing & splicing copper and fiber cables, pole placement & removals, installation and maintenance of residential and business lines, OSP cable facilities, multi-line CPE equipment, hi-cap access services, broadband services, central office/transmission equipment, and digital loop carrier equipment. The candidate will represent the company within the geographic area to promote a positive image by participating in local community events.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Meeting service activation and repair commitment dates, maintaining revenue and expense budget objectives and promoting new and existing company products. This position also plays a key support role with sales, marketing and regulatory organizations in evaluating new business opportunities to determine the appropriate network support costs and timeframes associated with new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Operations Proficiency: · Has a solid understanding of the business/department and is able to pull P&L/budget levers to ensure revenue goals and expense targets are met (i.e., able to manage departmental P&L/budget)
Able to articulate business/departmental KPIs to work groups (i.e., can clearly set goals/objectives to positively impact the P&L/budget).
Consistently provides feedback and direction to staff to ensure employee development, engagement and business knowledge; complete bi-annual employee performance appraisals/reviews.
Partners with Human Resources to ensure firm, fair and consistent application of HR practices/policies and labor agreements.
Ensures employee advocacy and a positive work environment by listening and responding to employee feedback, issues, questions and concerns in a timely manner. (When possible, 24-hour response time to all employee relations issues).
Maintain a safe work environment by conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings, applicable safety training and reinforcing state/federal safety requirements within the workplace.
Community Relations: Positively represents the Company and communicates Company vision and direction through active engagement and involvement in the community.
Ensures continuous education and awareness of community issues/developments via involvement in local market community boards and civic organizations.
Cultivates and strengthens relationships with key politicians and local community decisions makers via community involvement.
Partners with regional marketing to act as the “eyes” and “ears” of the local market to ensure an appropriate competitive response.
Responds to issues identified on Customer Surveys, works with teams to ensure action plans are developed and ensures follow-up on customer issue resolution identified in action plans.

Required Skills:
5+ years of prior supervisory experience
Must be able to interact with internal/external customers and various community leaders to establish relationships and assist with problem resolution
Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills along with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure and/or with deadlines
Extensive knowledge of engineering, plant service center and outside plant functions.
Must possess basic PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. ·
Advanced knowledge of plant service center, central office and outside plant functions (Line & Splice), HSI/ DSL installation and repair experience.
Must possess a basic understanding of electronics, electrical circuitry, network installation, maintenance and testing of central offices as well as FTTH and data networking
Must be able to perform complex hardware/software research and provide first-level technical support
Must be available 24/7 to support off-shift technicians and emergency situations as needed.
Must be able to work in inclement weather.
Training/ Education Required:
BA/BS in Telecommunications, Operations Management or Business Administration preferred and CCNA, PMP or CWNP a plus
Must possess a valid state driver’s license
Additional Information:
You are being hired with the express understanding that your employment will terminate within a 6-30 month time frame, upon completion of the Fiber Modernization Project in West Virginia.
You will remain in the same occupation into which you have been hired for the duration of your term of employment.
You will receive all the benefits to which regular (“permanent”) employees are entitled except for any contractual layoff or termination allowance.
Before the Company hires a regular full-time employee to fill a vacancy, the Company will give first preference to any qualified term employee who is performing at a satisfactory level in the job title, workgroup, and geographic location in which the vacancy exists.
