Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) is a global leader in the protection of unaccompanied and separated children who are forcibly displaced from their countries of origin. KIND seeks a Social Services Supervisor to manage daily social services operations of 2-3 field offices to include in-house programming, data management, reflective supervision, subject matter expertise and training on trauma-informed and client centered interventions, and crisis responses. The Access & Instruction Specialist is a permanent, full time staff member of the Access & Instruction Team at the College of Charleston Libraries who works primarily at the Access & Instruction Desk in Addlestone Library. The Access & Instruction Specialist is a permanent, full time staff member of the Access & Instruction Team at the College of Charleston Libraries who works primarily at the Access & Instruction Desk in Addlestone Library. Position Overview: Footsteps seeks an energetic, highly organized, project manager to serve as the Coordinator of the Executive Office. The Coordinator will provide overall executive-level support and coordination to the CEO in all aspects of their daily activities, managing an array of projects, including organizational development, and supporting coordination for the executive office. The executive office includes the CEO, the Board of Directors, the Senior Director of People and Culture, the Senior Director of Programs, and the Senior Director of Finance, Data, and Administration. Supporting the CEO

At the American Red Cross, your uniqueness can shine! Under close supervision, support the day-to-day operations of a program or service. Serve as the initial point of contact between the service or program and others. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Responsibilities: 1: Provide administrative and clerical support including answering telephones, routing incoming calls, process mail, and customer service. Respond to general inquiries about program or service. Maintain calendar of events and activities. 2: Track program statistics. Follow-up with customers helped by program or service. Maintain community contacts and resource lists to support program or service. Coordinate orientation for new volunteers. Maintain program database and files. 3: Schedule and coordinate requests for presentations and trainings. 4: Collect preliminary client information and refer client to appropriate Red Cross services. 5: Resolve routine problems as they arise and bring non-routine problems to the attention of program or service management/leadership. 6: Process requests for presentations to community individuals and groups. May conduct presentations as assigned. 7: Monitor and maintain program supply and equipment inventory, including program or service printed materials. ---------------------- Scope: Learning aspects of the job.
