The Program Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of staff working on his/her shift, as well as, assigned Relief Pool staff. Provides advanced level customer service to internal or external customers by performing a variety of complex administrative support activities which contribute to efficient office operations and require a thorough understanding of department and County programs and procedures. Qualifications
Education and Experience
Two years of experience, with limited task supervision, emphasizing or including intensive public contact, customer service, interpretation and explanation of regulations and involving general office work processes and use of modern office technology. In those positions requiring typing, the incumbents must, upon entry into the position, be able to type at a rate of no less than 55 words per minute. May be required to possess or obtain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.

Evaluates specific needs of each job, places orders for materials, and tracks cost. Determines work order priority and schedules work to be completed. Performs administrative tasks and accesses work orders in AiM via computer, or mobile device, to include ensuring work orders are assigned within 2 business days, work orders are properly scheduled, materials are ordered, received and dispersed in AiM, proper notes are added by staff and proper time and materials are posted. To perform a high level of preventive maintenance on a variety of light commercial mechanical equipment at an institutional setting. To work independently to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC auxiliary equipment, plumbing equipment related to mechanical equipment, electrical equipment such as motors, breakers and their associated controls. Duties include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment problems and making repairs as required.
Minimum Requirements
A high school diploma or GED , completion of a technical training program in a maintenance trade equivalent. A minimum of two years related experience and/or training (building or equipment maintenance); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record. Participate in test result entry into laboratory computer system, labeling and verification of blood products. Experience: Minimum 6 years high complexity testing experience that includes evidence of providing technical or clinical education or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Minimum Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Bachelor’s Degree along with 8 years of directly related work experience. In lieu of formal education, an additional 4 years of directly related experience may be considered. 4 years of people management experience. Experience ensuring compliance to FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards at one or more sites managing Aerospace US Government, Customer-owned property; managing contracts containing the FAR 52.245-1 clause; and supporting Government/DCMA and Customer On-Site & Limited Surveys. Experience using common ERP systems (e.g., SAP), web-based collaboration systems (e.g., SharePoint) and Asset Management tracking systems (e.g., eQuip). Must be able to travel up to 10%. Must be able to work 100% onsite. Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to obtain Security Clearance. Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) certification from the National Property Management Association (NPMA) or ability to obtain within 1 year from your date of hire. Leverage long-standing relationships and depth of knowledge within the Government and customer asset management communities.
Maintain Government approved business systems that are fully compliant with Government, customer, and contractual requirements, as well as pertinent policies and procedures.
Support and/or manages Self-Assessments of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes identified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), specifically FAR 45 and 52.245-1.
Adhere to Honeywell Aerospace Property Management Plan.
Ensure compliance with Honeywell's Code of Conduct and Corporate/Functional policies and procedures.
Maintain site specific Government Property Standards and Monthly Assessment Reporting, including Financial Reporting Requirements per the Contract.
Adhere and perform to Organizational Goals for your staff and self and receives general guidance on how to accomplish them.
Provides coaching, direction and assistance to all functions and all levels of the site organization.
Responsible for operational planning for the site.
