The Hardware Engineering Technician will be part of an engineering team developing power management hardware in NiZn battery backup systems for multiple industries. The technician will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical tests on engineering prototypes and preproduction units under the guidance of Engineers and Project managers. The selected candidate will also be supporting the development of electrical architecture and design, integration and debugging of new electrical hardware and firmware, and validation of the design in a structured engineering environment.
