JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Student Affairs and provide the comprehensive clerical needs of the division with a high level of performance and confidentiality.
Act as liaison for the Vice President of Student Affairs with the College community, SBCTC, the Office of the Attorney General, other state agencies, businesses, educational organizations, local school districts, and other colleges and universities.
Initiate and coordinate meetings and materials for the Student Affairs Council (SAC) and Student Affairs All Staff Meetings.
Serve as the Vice President of Student Affairs’ delegate on the Academic Standards Committee (ASC).
Coordinate the Vice President’s annual administrators’ evaluation process.
Support the development of communication sent on behalf of the Vice President of Student Affairs.
Coordinate and schedule management meetings, committee meetings, and retreats. Prepare agendas, attend meetings and compose minutes, arrange appointments, and make travel arrangements as needed for Vice President, as well as the Dean of Student Engagement.
Develop and maintain current knowledge of all operations within Student Affairs, the College, the Board of Trustees, and the State. Assist in the development of procedures to facilitate adherence to policies.
Serve as liaison between the appointed Assistant Attorney General and the Committee on Student Conduct Chair. Provide logistical support for the student appeal hearing.
Oversee maintenance of complete files and index of Vice President’s correspondence and information relating to administrative responsibilities following the current guidelines for records management.
Serve as Project Manager for Student Affairs departmental operational needs as assigned.
Establish necessary codification of certain Clark College policies and procedures.
Assist in developing and provide accountability of the Vice President of Student Affairs budget—monitor and control expenditures throughout the fiscal year/biennium.
Assist the Vice President in the development of the division budget and represent the department in the College budget process. Serve as contact for division deans, directors and managers in matters involving department budgets and processes. Specifically, gathering data pertaining to expenditures, revenue for fee accounts, forecasting, payroll, tracking, compiling, and projecting. Triage and respond to inquiries, questions, concerns, and complaints sent to the VPSA.
Interpret college administrative policies and procedures to staff, students, and the public requesting information.
Research and provide responses to various internal and external requests for information.
Oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment; process and authorize purchases orders and budget transfers as needed.
Monitor department budget monthly. Prepare division-spending reports for the vice president on a regular basis, reflecting annual budget expenditures.
Support labor and other contract negotiations with appropriate levels of confidentiality.
Perform related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree AND four (4) years of experience providing high-level executive support, including budgeting, project management, office management, and report writing OR Bachelor degree in business, public administration, office management, paralegal, or related field AND three (3) years of experience providing high-level executive support, including budgeting, project management, office management, and report writing.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, as well as Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading, preparing and making presentations, sharing information with small and large groups, building collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute assignments in a timely manner with minimal direction in a fast- paced environment, coordinate activities and meetings, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and learn and implement appropriate college policies and procedures and state laws, codes and regulations.
Ability to work well with people of all ages from academically, culturally, and socioeconomically diverse backgrounds.

Duties
What makes this role unique?
In this role, you will help increase and improve the learning opportunities available to Ecology’s workforce in topics related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect (DEIR). You will do this by bringing your expertise in learning and development to collaborate with experts in DEIR, to help identify Ecology’s workforce needs and the best ways to meet those needs. Challenges may include hearing tough feedback, balancing diverse opinions, and ensuring inclusion of key interested parties; opportunities include growing in your own learning and helping our workforce to grow as well, to cocreate a workplace where all belong. What you will do:
Align all work with Ecology’s strategic efforts in DEIR, pro-equity anti-racism, accessibility, belonging, restorative justice, environmental justice, and other related efforts, such as the work of Ecology’s DEIR Design Team.
Create and support multiple channels for gathering feedback from DEIR subject matter experts and key interested parties, including convening a Learning and Development Advisory Group.
Identify potential learning opportunities to meet Ecology’s business needs and facilitate evaluation and piloting of those opportunities.
Provide consultation to Ecology’s workforce at all levels about training operations, opportunities, and services.
Administer a portfolio of learning and development opportunities, from contract development to invoice approval, to support Ecology’s strategic efforts in DEIR.
Administer Ecology’s learning management system, the Washington State Learning Center, in support of this work.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Years of required experience indicated below are full-time equivalent years. Full-time equivalent experience means that any experience where working hours were less than 40 hours per week will be prorated in order to meet the equivalency of full-time. We would calculate this by looking at the total hours worked per week, divide this by 40, and then multiply by the total number of months worked. Examples of the proration calculations are:
30 hours worked per week for 20 months: (30/40) x 20 months = 15 months full-time equivalent
20 hours worked per week for 12 months: (20/40) x 12 months = 6 months full-time equivalent
Experience for both required and desired qualifications can be gained through various combinations of formal professional employment, education, and volunteer experience. See below for how you may qualify.

Duties
What makes this role unique?
In this role, you will help increase and improve the learning opportunities available to Ecology’s workforce in topics related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect (DEIR). You will do this by bringing your expertise in learning and development to collaborate with experts in DEIR, to help identify Ecology’s workforce needs and the best ways to meet those needs. Challenges may include hearing tough feedback, balancing diverse opinions, and ensuring inclusion of key interested parties; opportunities include growing in your own learning and helping our workforce to grow as well, to cocreate a workplace where all belong. What you will do:
Align all work with Ecology’s strategic efforts in DEIR, pro-equity anti-racism, accessibility, belonging, restorative justice, environmental justice, and other related efforts, such as the work of Ecology’s DEIR Design Team.
Create and support multiple channels for gathering feedback from DEIR subject matter experts and key interested parties, including convening a Learning and Development Advisory Group.
Identify potential learning opportunities to meet Ecology’s business needs and facilitate evaluation and piloting of those opportunities.
Provide consultation to Ecology’s workforce at all levels about training operations, opportunities, and services.
Administer a portfolio of learning and development opportunities, from contract development to invoice approval, to support Ecology’s strategic efforts in DEIR.
Administer Ecology’s learning management system, the Washington State Learning Center, in support of this work.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Years of required experience indicated below are full-time equivalent years. Full-time equivalent experience means that any experience where working hours were less than 40 hours per week will be prorated in order to meet the equivalency of full-time. Conducts a variety of organizational studies, investigations, and operational studies; recommends modifications to Superior Court Programs, policies, and procedures as appropriate.
Participates on a variety of boards and commissions; attends and participates in professional group meetings; stays abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of court administration.

Position Overview
The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire a Health Information Administrator for the Chicago-Read Mental Health Center located in Chicago, Illinois to provide professional direction of the overall health information services program to include planning, organizing, and supervising the preparation and maintenance of medical, clinical, and statistical records and reports. In accordance with state and federal laws, accrediting and regulatory agencies and facility rules and regulations, manage the overall direction and supervision of the health information operations. Job Responsibilities
Functions as the Health Information Administrator to provide professional direction of the overall health information services program to include planning, organizing, and supervising the preparation and maintenance of medical, clinical and statistical records and reports.
Monitors complex abstracting, analysis and interpreting of health information data and records.

Monitors and directs daily admissions and discharges, analysis, transcription and coding services.
Maintains and updates medical records’ forms and facility’s Forms Manual. Conducts surveys, and inspection relative health information operations.
Verifies staff responds to all correspondence requests within the required time frames and assures that patient confidentiality and privacy standards are followed.
Provides communication and support to administration regarding the health information services program and serves on appointed committees.
Conducts assistance and in-service training to the facility for new or revised health information standards, HIPAA privacy revisions, or new HIM technology.
Participates in all Department of Human Services (DHS) and Chicago-Read Mental Health Center (CRMHC) mandatory training as directed or scheduled.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college and certification by the American Health Information Management Association as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and (1) one year of professional experience in a health information records facility OR Requires one (1) year of professional experience in a health information records facility or requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of high school, completion of an approved medical records training program plus certification by the American Health Information Management Association as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT).
Requires five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as an RHIT in management of a medical records program.

Summary
American Progress has an immediate opening for a Salesforce Administrator to join the Enterprise Data subteam of the Information Technology Services team. Salesforce is integrated into every phase of American Progress’ product life cycle—from fundraising, to billing time, to tracking work products, to outreach and analytics. Salesforce is also used for back-office processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and inventory.
Working as part of a team, the Salesforce Administrator will oversee the management and enhancement of the platform, as well as contribute to the development and rollout of Salesforce-based solutions. This position is an excellent opportunity for a technologist who is interested in applying innovation to help further progressive policies and ideals.
The ideal candidate is a team player with strong technical abilities and good judgment about which approach to take. They enjoy sharing that knowledge and wisdom with the team and customers to deliver streamlined processes that improve the efficiency of staff members and the organization.
Responsibilities:
Work with staff across the organization who use Salesforce, providing training and continued support.
Work with staff to improve the Salesforce system to better meet their needs and streamline processes.
Oversee day-to-day activities and operations of a complex, highly customized Salesforce implementation.
Manage and participate in projects to improve the organization’s use of Salesforce, working with staff and external consultants to implement enhancements to the system.
Design and develop solutions in accordance with business requirements, which involves customizing configurations, creating workflows, and building custom apps.
Use Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to develop tailored solutions that enhance user experience and business processes.
Conduct testing of Salesforce applications to identify and fix bugs, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Manage user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, and other configuration options.
Manage data loads and clean up data as needed, as well as create customized reports and dashboards.
Keep up to date with new Salesforce.com features, best practices, and releases through Salesforce and its community.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least two years of experience as Salesforce administrator for a large, multifaceted organization—ideally a nonprofit or government agency.
Strong drive to elicit customers’ problems and opportunities and to make rapid and incremental improvements.
Experience training and supporting nontechnical staff in the use of Salesforce or other server-based software.
Strong technical skills, including mastery of workflows, formula fields, validation rules, s-controls, and custom buttons.
Ability to learn quickly as Salesforce rolls out new features and when using existing features for the first time or in a new way.
Proficient with the basic Salesforce tools, including roles, profiles, page layouts, custom objects, and record types—and good judgement deciding what tool to use.
Proficient with data export, import, and use of Microsoft Excel to facilitate uploads and data transformations.
Proficient with the Data Loader tool.
Proficient at migrating data between objects or fields.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as troubleshooting expertise.
Ability to prioritize effectively and escalate issues as required.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Job Purpose
Serves dual roles as Assistant to the Dean of the School of Business and Director of Budgeting. Directs and coordinates financial planning and resource allocation for the School’s various operating budgets (approximately 100+). Assists the Dean in routine tasks and other projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements

Job Purpose

Minimum Requirements

Responsibilities :
Manage a quarterly portfolio review process for the Major Gifts team, with input from the Director of Prospect Research and Portfolio Management (DPRPM). Collaborate with Major Gifts stakeholders to track and strategize around donor engagement, outreach, projections and money in, and meeting financial and visit goals.
Provide reports and visualizations to the team to show individual and overall portfolio landscapes and progress.
Manage, track, and execute portfolio clean up projects that result in portfolios which are aligned with team wide fundraising goals.
Use research tools to analyze individual wealth indicators, including gifts to others, salary, stock, real estate, and other assets, to determine overall financial capacity and interest in our work.
Produce coherent, well-written, thorough and accurate briefing documents summarizing research conclusions for LCV’s President, Executive staff, and the Major Gifts team prior to donor contact such as meetings and events.
Contribute to organizational and department efforts to infuse racial justice and equity into all aspects of our work, including our fundraising, data management and collection, and prospect research. Proactively identify ways to highlight the organization’s racial justice commitment to key internal stakeholders within the fundraising team.
Develop and maintain a familiarity with LCV’s existing top donors and prospective donors.
Manage updates to individual donor records, portfolios, and prospect assignments within the CRM database.
Work closely with the Development Data and Operations team to manage and execute the policies and procedures around prospect pipeline management and activity.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities to maintain and enhance skills and abilities and stay abreast of current prospect management trends and research techniques.
Travel up to 10% of the time for staff and department retreats, trainings, and conferences, as needed.

Qualifications:
Work Experience: Required – Must have at least 3 years of work experience in prospect research and portfolio management with a nonprofit or campaign. Strong experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or DonorPerfect. Experience with online research tools such as LexisNexis, iWave, DonorSearch, ResearchPoint, FoundationSearch, or others. Familiarity with the basic tenets of fundraising. Experience working with Major Gift Officers and/or executive leaders. Preferred – CRM database administrator experience with a product, such as Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce reporting and/or advanced Excel including understanding of dependent formulas, pivot tables, and other complex spreadsheet functions. Job Purpose
Institutional Research Data Architect designs systems for and manages complex data to support the data-driven decision-making functions of the institution. This position serves to support the Office of Institutional Research in providing a first-class reporting structure for national and state accountability reporting including IPEDS and SC CHE . The Office of Institutional Research serves a critical function for the College of Charleston in providing data to senior administrators, the College community, and external agencies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, mathematics/statistics, engineering, management information science, data processing or related field and experience with Tableau, Cognos/Argos, SQL , and/or SAS is required. Experience with data mining, including techniques of data extraction, documentation, analysis, and reporting is required. Experience working in a higher education environment is preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required:
Experience with Tableau, Cognos/Argos, SQL , and/or SAS . Advanced SAS programming experience is preferred.
Working knowledge and practitioner of methods and techniques of data extraction, documentation, analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and understanding of the data and information that is important to an academic institution.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and to communicate effectively.
Must be able to work well under strict deadlines and have exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must understand the significance of maintaining data integrity and confidentially with student records; knowledge of and adherence to FERPA regulations.
Preferred:
Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing and documenting complex projects.
Knowledge of higher education information systems such as Ellucian Banner and related data systems and repositories such as Salesforce, IPEDS , US News, and CSRDE .

What you will do!
The purpose of this position is to serve as the Medicaid subject matter expert for the Medicaid School Based Health Services (SBHS) programs, along with deliverables for approved programs. The position will work across a variety of divisions and programs within OHA, informing partners leadership, and legislators of options to leverage federal matching funds to administer the SBHS programs, and to inform leadership about options of the state plan and waiver programs within state and federal regulations.
Primary functions of this position include the following:
Develop and/or maintain expertise in Oregon’s Medicaid school based health system, state and national integration models and best practices
Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed policies with recommendations for leadership
Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external partners, including people accessing OHP benefits, communities and areas that have historically been underservice and underrepresented
Develop informational documents and meeting materials for internal and external partners
Develop and document work plans
Facilitate and engage in partnership meetings, steering committees, and various workgroups, including CCOs, and the Department of Education
