Healthier Oregon Program (HOP) Equity and Engagement Training Coordinator - Position Description
The purpose of this position, in addition to operations and program analysis, is to provide internal and external HOP training and technical assistance solutions, subject matter consultations around equity, inclusion, anti-racism and community outreach and engagement, oversight on training and technical assistance contracting and contractors that will be working in support of HOP and program training needs. This position will also perform review and analysis of community engagement and equity/inclusion/anti-racism training and technical assistance plans to ensure program internal and external partners training and technical assistance needs are met. This position will work closely with healthcare and health service delivery leaders to implement training and technical assistance plans. This position provides the program with equity/community engagement and anti-racist policy development and implementation expertise to ensure OHA divisions coordinating HOP are aligned with OHA strategic goal of eliminating health inequities by 2030. This position will analyze and coordinate key program areas and operational processes, evaluate efforts from an equity centered perspective and propose recommendations for strategic changes to ensure alignment with OHA strategic goal and program objectives.
Health Equity and Community Engagement Policy Analyst – Position Description
This position will be responsible for community engagement and program coordination for the Health Equity Committee, a sub-committee of the Oregon Health Policy Board. This position engages in the community for the work of the OEI, which will include advising and designing community engagement processes for OEI policy workstreams. The position supports coordination of CCOs Health Equity Plans and other CCO contract deliverables related to health equity. This position will work under the direction of lead managers for these areas of work.
