What you will do!
You will independently provide executive support to the Chief Medical Officer such as: maintaining calendars and task lists; supporting meetings, including agenda and minutes completion, composing email, memos, letters, reports, and forms; managing files and Microsoft Teams spaces; arranging travel itinerary and accommodations; distributing products and printed materials.
