Material Distribution Supply Specialist REQ-110780 (150727)
This position supports and provides assistance to all Warehouse positions such as receiving, filling hospital weekly requests, delivery of supplies, events, moves, surplus, assets control, transporting goods in between Salem and JC campus, inspecting, and distribution daily shipments of all stocked General, Office, Janitorial, Forms, Medical, Clothing, Laundry Linen, and non-stock items such as equipment, furniture. Daily computer entries of all receipts and purchases in Oregon Buys purchasing system, and zLink the warehouse inventory management program, provide statistical data reports and maintain related records. This position works closely with all OSH departments, Vendors and Warehouse Director.
Supply Specialist Operational Support REQ-110816 (150733)
You will provide operational support to the Warehouse department. You will provide customer services, assist in timekeeping, training, and the new hire process, maintain warehouse documentation and records including data entry into the inventory system, and perform many operational duties such as creating and maintaining Word, Excel, and other documents.
