JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Student Affairs and provide the comprehensive clerical needs of the division with a high level of performance and confidentiality.
Act as liaison for the Vice President of Student Affairs with the College community, SBCTC, the Office of the Attorney General, other state agencies, businesses, educational organizations, local school districts, and other colleges and universities.
Initiate and coordinate meetings and materials for the Student Affairs Council (SAC) and Student Affairs All Staff Meetings.
Serve as the Vice President of Student Affairs’ delegate on the Academic Standards Committee (ASC).
Coordinate the Vice President’s annual administrators’ evaluation process.
Support the development of communication sent on behalf of the Vice President of Student Affairs.
Coordinate and schedule management meetings, committee meetings, and retreats. Prepare agendas, attend meetings and compose minutes, arrange appointments, and make travel arrangements as needed for Vice President, as well as the Dean of Student Engagement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree AND four (4) years of experience providing high-level executive support, including budgeting, project management, office management, and report writing OR Bachelor degree in business, public administration, office management, paralegal, or related field AND three (3) years of experience providing high-level executive support, including budgeting, project management, office management, and report writing.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, as well as Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Summary
Reporting to the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge, the Superior Court Administrator directs, manages, supervises, and coordinates the programs and activities of the Superior Court; coordinates assigned activities with other County departments, divisions, and outside agencies. The Superior Court Administrator provides executive leadership for the court and receives administrative direction from the judges. The incumbent exercises direct supervision over professional and clerical staff, and implements the policies as determined by the judges of the Court. The Superior Court is seeking a dynamic, experienced and innovative leader with highly developed emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to guide the organization. This position requires building and maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. The Superior Court Administrator support the court’s 12 judges and 4 court commissioners in developing and implementing strategic goals, with an emphasis on clear, fair and accessible services to the people of Clark County. The court’s work is informed by dedication to equity and service to all communities.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Five years of increasingly responsible experience in court administration including two years of supervisory responsibility.
Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree from and accredited college or university with major course work in criminal justice, political science, business administration, sociology, or a related field.
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities will be considered.
Successful completion of a pre-employment background and criminal history check.

Reporting to the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge, the Superior Court Administrator directs, manages, supervises, and coordinates the programs and activities of the Superior Court; coordinates assigned activities with other County departments, divisions, and outside agencies. The Superior Court Administrator provides executive leadership for the court and receives administrative direction from the judges. The incumbent exercises direct supervision over professional and clerical staff, and implements the policies as determined by the judges of the Court. The Superior Court is seeking a dynamic, experienced and innovative leader with highly developed emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to guide the organization. Education and Experience:
Five years of increasingly responsible experience in court administration including two years of supervisory responsibility.

Washes hands frequently while working in the kitchen and in accordance with CDPHE health regulations.
Keeps stock rooms, coolers, and freezers clean; Ensures that food supplies are rotated, and all perishables are labeled, dated and stored properly.
In the absence of the Cook/Chef: Performs check in of all incoming food supply orders (verifies amount ordered vs invoice amount, ensures it is properly stored and rotated) as directed.
Assists with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies.
Assists Cook/Chef in inventory counts, as requested.
Reports any accidents or injuries to Cook/Chef or Program Director.

Dishwasher and Kitchen Assistant General Duties: The Camp Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant is responsible for kitchen dishes for meals for campers and staff during summer camp program, cleaning/ organizing kitchen, and appliances. In addition, dishwashers will assist in kitchen as needed during meals. A primary function of this, and every other job at the Tomahawk Ranch, is to ensure that each member, guest and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.
Dishwashing Duties:
Stack, soak, and run the dishwashing machine.
Soak and clean pots and pans, putting away in storage after dry.
Wash, sanitize and organize small wares, dishes, glasses, silverware.
Clean equipment, appliances, storage area, and sinks according to schedule.
Responsible for organization, cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance of the dishes, dish area and related machinery.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dish service area, dining hall, and storage areas.
Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining hall; sweep and clean floors, walls, ceilings, etc.
Sort and remove trash. Clean garbage cans.
Help unload deliveries and store supplies. Restock supplies throughout the kitchen and dining hall as needed.
Restock kitchen supplies; notify management when running low on inventory.
Maintains sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
Kitchen Assistant Duties:
Participate in serving food and beverages, as directed.
Prepare beverages before meals, as directed.
Light prep cooking, as assigned: Ensuring special food requirements for both campers and staff, e.g., food allergies, gluten free and vegetarian diets are managed with utmost importance for 100% accuracy.
Maintains kitchen cleanliness and proper food preparation according to state and local health department code requirements and departmental procedures.
Ensures that CDPHE Food Regulations are being followed when assisting with food prep.
Regularly sanitizes kitchen surfaces throughout the day; Assists in daily deep cleaning of specific areas in the kitchen, e.g., floors, counters, overs, stoves, fridges, etc.
Washes hands frequently while working in the kitchen and in accordance with CDPHE health regulations.
Keeps stock rooms, coolers, and freezers clean; Ensures that food supplies are rotated, and all perishables are labeled, dated, and stored properly, as directed.
Assists with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies, as directed.
Assists in inventory requests, as directed.
Education and/or Formal Training
High school diploma or GED, preferred but not required.
Minimum of three months dishwashing experience, preferred but not required.
Must possess, or be willing to obtain, current SERV Safe Certification.
Must possess, or be willing to obtain, current First Aid/CPR certification.
Experience
Minimum of three months experience in an industrial kitchen, preferred.
Basic understanding of meal preparation for those with restricted diets and/or food allergies, highly preferred.

Proficient understanding of sanitation and regulations for workplace safety.
Basic understanding of nutrition guidelines, food handling techniques, preparation (including safe preparation of food for those with restricted diets and allergies) and cooking procedures.
Basic understanding of food allergies and food related diseases, and the ingredients that may cause the allergy/disease.
Must understand and comply with food safety and temperature standards.
Must understand safe use of common kitchen cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
Must understand how to interpret SDS sheets.

Based in New York City with remote options nationally, Footsteps offers members peer and emotional support groups, educational and career programs, divorce and custody support, social events and celebrations, and referrals to partner organizations for additional resources. Since Footsteps began in 2003, we have served over 2,300 individuals as they work to define their own identities, build new connections and communities, and lead meaningful lives on their own terms.
We have recently completed a robust strategic planning process, which has laid out a clear vision for Footsteps through 2027. In 2024, as we continue to recalibrate post-COVID, we expect our budget to surpass $5M with a staff of over 30. Position Overview: Footsteps seeks an energetic, highly organized, project manager to serve as the Coordinator of the Executive Office. The Coordinator will provide overall executive-level support and coordination to the CEO in all aspects of their daily activities, managing an array of projects, including organizational development, and supporting coordination for the executive office. The executive office includes the CEO, the Board of Directors, the Senior Director of People and Culture, the Senior Director of Programs, and the Senior Director of Finance, Data, and Administration. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional project manager who possesses a high level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information and managing relationships with staff, board members, Footsteps members, and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Supporting the CEO
Be aware of and manage the CEO’s priorities, fielding inquiries, anticipating and navigating shifting needs as they arise
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling and confirming appointments, preparing materials for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
Support the CEO in managing email inbox, draft correspondence with external constituents and document key correspondence in the database
Support the CEO’s fundraising work, partner with the development team to coordinate, prepare for, and follow-up on donor meetings and events, and support with development tasks as needed
Act as an information funnel, facilitating between CEO and internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the Executive Office
In partnership with the Senior Director of People and Culture, build agendas and manage scheduling and content for leadership and all staff meetings, as well as staff gatherings and retreats
Project manage organization-wide strategic initiatives and special projects that do not fit neatly within the organizational chart or that fall between departmental or leadership responsibility
Plan and execute the annual goal-planning process

Since Footsteps began in 2003, we have served over 2,300 individuals as they work to define their own identities, build new connections and communities, and lead meaningful lives on their own terms.
We have recently completed a robust strategic planning process, which has laid out a clear vision for Footsteps through 2027. Position Overview: Footsteps seeks an energetic, highly organized, project manager to serve as the Coordinator of the Executive Office. The Coordinator will provide overall executive-level support and coordination to the CEO in all aspects of their daily activities, managing an array of projects, including organizational development, and supporting coordination for the executive office. The executive office includes the CEO, the Board of Directors, the Senior Director of People and Culture, the Senior Director of Programs, and the Senior Director of Finance, Data, and Administration. Job Responsibilities:
Supporting the CEO

Support the CEO in managing email inbox, draft correspondence with external constituents and document key correspondence in the database

Dishwasher and Kitchen Assistant General Duties: The Camp Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant is responsible for kitchen dishes for meals for campers and staff during summer camp program, cleaning/ organizing kitchen, and appliances. In addition, dishwashers will assist in kitchen as needed during meals. A primary function of this, and every other job at the Tomahawk Ranch, is to ensure that each member, guest and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.
Dishwashing Duties:
Stack, soak, and run the dishwashing machine.
Soak and clean pots and pans, putting away in storage after dry.
Wash, sanitize and organize small wares, dishes, glasses, silverware.
Clean equipment, appliances, storage area, and sinks according to schedule.
Responsible for organization, cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance of the dishes, dish area and related machinery.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dish service area, dining hall, and storage areas.
Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining hall; sweep and clean floors, walls, ceilings, etc.
Sort and remove trash. Clean garbage cans.
Help unload deliveries and store supplies. Restock supplies throughout the kitchen and dining hall as needed.
Restock kitchen supplies; notify management when running low on inventory.
Maintains sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
Kitchen Assistant Duties:
Participate in serving food and beverages, as directed.
Prepare beverages before meals, as directed.
Light prep cooking, as assigned: Ensuring special food requirements for both campers and staff, e.g., food allergies, gluten free and vegetarian diets are managed with utmost importance for 100% accuracy.
Maintains kitchen cleanliness and proper food preparation according to state and local health department code requirements and departmental procedures.
Ensures that CDPHE Food Regulations are being followed when assisting with food prep.
Regularly sanitizes kitchen surfaces throughout the day; Assists in daily deep cleaning of specific areas in the kitchen, e.g., floors, counters, overs, stoves, fridges, etc.
Washes hands frequently while working in the kitchen and in accordance with CDPHE health regulations.
Keeps stock rooms, coolers, and freezers clean; Ensures that food supplies are rotated, and all perishables are labeled, dated, and stored properly, as directed.
Assists with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies, as directed.
Assists in inventory requests, as directed.
Education and/or Formal Training
High school diploma or GED, preferred but not required.
Minimum of three months dishwashing experience, preferred but not required.
Must possess, or be willing to obtain, current SERV Safe Certification.
Must possess, or be willing to obtain, current First Aid/CPR certification.
Experience
Minimum of three months experience in an industrial kitchen, preferred.
Basic understanding of meal preparation for those with restricted diets and/or food allergies, highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient understanding of sanitation and regulations for workplace safety.
Basic understanding of nutrition guidelines, food handling techniques, preparation (including safe preparation of food for those with restricted diets and allergies) and cooking procedures.
Basic understanding of food allergies and food related diseases, and the ingredients that may cause the allergy/disease.
Must understand and comply with food safety and temperature standards.
Must understand safe use of common kitchen cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
Must understand how to interpret SDS sheets.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work quickly and efficiently.
Must be able to work well as part of a team.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Ability to maintain personal cleanliness.

Must pass any and all background checks required by GSCO, ACA, and CDHS.
